Gabrielle Nater-Bass nominated as a member of the Board of Directors The Swiss Prime Site Board of Directors has nominated Gabrielle Nater-Bass for election as a member of the Board at the Annual General Meeting on 26 March 2019. She has been working for Homburger, a leading Swiss corporate law firm, since 1997 and became a partner in 2006. She has many years of experience appearing before national courts and courts of arbitration, both in Switzerland and abroad. As a member of Homburger’s specialist real estate team, she has extensive knowledge of infrastructure projects and real estate transactions.
Gabrielle Nater-Bass completed her law degree at the University of Zurich in 1994. She passed the Zurich bar exam in 1996 and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Virginia School of Law from 1997 to 1999.
Klaus R. Wecken will not stand for re-election in March 2019 Klaus R. Wecken has decided not to stand for re-election to the Swiss Prime Site AG Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. He will thus leave the Board in March 2019.
Mr Wecken has been a member of the Swiss Prime Site Board of Directors since 2009 and has brought a diverse range of expertise, extensive knowledge and new ideas to the Board. The whole Swiss Prime Site Board of Directors regrets this decision and would like to thank Mr Wecken for his dedication and excellent work. Hans Peter Wehrli, Chairman of the Swiss Prime Site Board of Directors, says: «On behalf of my colleagues on the Board of Directors, I would like to thank Klaus Wecken for his valuable contribution to our company, and wish him all the best for the future.»
