Auditor
The statutory auditors of Swiss Prime Site AG have been PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2023. They act as independent auditors for all major fully consolidated Group companies. According to legal regulations, the lead auditor must be replaced at least every 7 years. The auditors are elected annually by the General Meeting.
