Board of Directors

Swiss Prime Site's Board of Directors comprises independent individuals from the commercial sector and community. The lengthy experience of individual members ranging across a variety of fields ensures that the committee has a balanced long-term orientation. Within the Board of Directors, there are committees for audit, nomination and compensation, investment as well as sustainability. The Board of Directors determines the strategy of Swiss Prime Site as a collective body, and acts as a governing body for the Executive Board in its operative implementation of the strategy.
