Innovation

Sustainability is one of the factors that drives our innovation. With our construction projects and services, we are forging new paths and continuing to develop.

INNOVATION CULTURE

The innovation committee Future Board organises the innovation activities across the entire Swiss Prime Site Group. The interdisciplinary committee is made up of experts from Swiss Prime Site and our Group companies, who have in-depth expertise in the areas of development, innovation and digitalisation. They monitor and analyse mega trends and market trends, develop future scenarios and create the necessary infrastructure, products and services. The Future Board also carries out regular workshops to develop concrete ideas and establish innovative thinking in the corporate culture. Topics examined in depth by Swiss Prime Site in 2021 included the circular economy, the future of work, healthy building & tenant experience, energy efficiency and mobility in the context of the smart city.

ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME

Since 2018, the Swiss Prime Site Group is intensifying the innovation process through the Start-up Accelerator Programme, driving forward pioneering technologies and scalable business models. In this context, we assessed around 3 000 start-ups. In the course of 18 workshops, we worked with 145 start-ups to develop concrete use cases and served as a sparring partner. This resulted in partnerships, strategic investments, pilot projects and POCs spanning a wide range of products and services.

PARTNERSHIPS

As a partner and member of various start-up initiatives and networks, we are committed to exchanging knowledge and experience in the Swiss start-up landscape. For example, we collaborate with SwissPropTech, venturelab, the Real Estate Innovation Network, the Start Summit and Startup Days by providing expertise or financial support.
