YOND Campus
The dynamic ecosystem in the next-door YOND is made up of service companies, creative and commercial businesses, and start-ups. Complementing the existing property, the YOND Campus development will complete the area in Zurich Albisrieden. The project foresees a larger part of the rental space for commercial use from the retail and services sectors over a total area of 35 000m². The project is scheduled to start in 2025.
