The former post office and Swisscom building, built in 1987, is to be repositioned. The development of the existing building provides for a conversion into a residential property and is intended to meet the highest standards in terms of sustainability by preserving the primary structure in terms of gray energy as well as in operation. The location is very well accessible by public transport. There are several streetcar connections to Genève Cornavin main station, which can be reached within a quarter of an hour. The office building will be used on an interim basis until the start of construction (2025) and the conversion should be completed by the end of 2026.
