Infrastructure

We create attractive, flexible living spaces that are integrated into urban and neighbourhood development and which take the spatial and urban planning environment into account.

Property und Asset Management

Our portfolio comprises around 190 properties with a total usable area of over 1.6 million m2. We ensure a balanced and attractive mix of tenants, which adds value to our properties and sites and benefits the users, local residents and public spaces. Furthermore, a wide range of different tenants helps to diversify risks and secure long-term rental income.

Whenever possible, we contribute to the design of public zones, green spaces and mobility offers. When constructing new buildings and converting existing ones, we aim to design open spaces and paths that can be used by everyone. Further, we provide charging stations for electric vehicles in parking garages and other locations. At the end of 2020, the property portfolio had 33 electric charging stations with 48 charging points.

FUTURE- AND MARKET-ORIENTED NEW BUILDINGS AND RENOVATION PROJECTS

We place great emphasis on environmental, health and safety factors, which are becoming increasingly important in the face of the climate crisis. We design our sites and buildings in accordance with the principles of climate-adapted construction. With our new construction project JED in Schlieren, we are creating a property that represents a counter-concept to high-tech real estate development. JED «2226» uses the solid construction method and has especially thick external walls. The surfaces and natural ventilation mechanism are designed in a way that optimally compensates outside temperatures, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature between 22 and 26°C without heating energy in winter and without mechanical cooling in summer.

Another example is our new building YOND in Zurich. Completed in 2020 the property offers space for small, medium-sized and large businesses in the service, creative and trade industries, as well as for start-ups. The open building design and communal spaces encourage interaction and collaboration between tenants, fostering synergies and creating a dynamic ecosystem. The site also includes gastronomy and healthcare offerings, everyday goods retailers and a daycare centre.
